We believe in human collaboration

The strong partnership and support between our teams is based on our matrix-structured organisation.

Our projects are delivered by cross-functional teams with all the skills needed for delivery. The teams are supported by Project Managers and Scrum Masters.
Along the competences, our professionals are supported by different specialisations and lines of action. This enables us to focus not only on project work, but also on the transfer of knowledge and joint learning in order to ensure long-term development.
With our teams, we follow agile software development principles
Our projects are diverse, so our teams and working methods are colourful.
We adapt to the needs of projects. Sometimes a team can cover a project by itself, and sometimes 4-5 teams work together in scaled agility.
Our agile methodologies include Scrum, Scrumban and Kanban, and if we are talking about multi-team, SAFe and LeSS. However, there is a base that we rely on, and that is PMI - Disciplined Agile toolkit. In this, the primary focus is to work in a context-appropriate way and to be open to what we can identify with well, so Disciplined Agile is gaining ground and we are constantly training ourselves on it.
If circumstances change in a team, and both the Scrum Master and the Team feel that a different way of working would be more supportive, we can feel free to try something new, even something that is not yet present in the life of the company. We'll get started, experience it and then work with the team to figure out how to move forward. This kind of openness, empowerment and involvement is present throughout our company culture and operations.
