Our work is extremely varied; beyond labor-related tasks, we actively participate in recruitment and selection processes, work closely with domain leaders, organize community programs, and focus on employee satisfaction. Additionally, we place great emphasis on employer branding. Our HR strategy includes both team and individual goals. Continuous development is important to us, so we strive to attend professional training, events, and workshops.
